Support, Maintenance and Terms
ISHORE SOFTWARE will provide 30 days FREE Support and maintenance services for the developed solution.
Project estimate is given after studying provided material /discussion from client, any change in plan or addition / subtraction will effect on the current estimate time man-hours & price. ISHORE SOFTWARE holds complete rights to change the estimate in such situation.
Big change requests are requested during the project cycle will be considered as additional task and may cost additional amount based on the nature of the change request in the initial scope of the work.
Provided estimate is for the solution as per recent requirements only. Any extra task to complete the solution / project may incur extra charge and man hours to complete the project.
Decisions made during the project progress will be subject to ISHORE SOFTWARE’s approval and may need a revised estimate / quotation.
In the event of a dispute, ISHORE SOFTWARE holds complete rights to cancel / stop the project until it is resolved or a decision is made.
Incase if project is completed in less than stated man hours, ISHORE SOFTWARE may convert those left over hours for training or support.
Estimate is provided on the basis of information received by the client only. Any item / task hidden or come up after the quotation is given or during the project will be treated as a new order and will be charged separately.
By default, the given estimate does not guarantee that ISHORE SOFTWARE. will undertake the project unless signed a contract.
ISHORE SOFTWARE comply with international privacy and confidentiality act and will offer to sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Project completion date / deadline must not be altered during the project, unless agreed by ISHORE SOFTWARE.
ISHORE SOFTWARE holds complete rights to stop / cancel the project if agreed funds are not provided or cleared as mentioned
ISHORE SOFTWARE has right to extend the agreed/stated deadline in special circumstances such as disasters, Riots, Public / National holidays, any type of industrial action. Extended deadline and working hours from ISHORE SOFTWARE will not be charged extra, unless discussed and approved by client.
Signing the contract means you understood all the terms and conditions and agrees to proceed further. Any misunderstanding / query should be discussed beforehand.
All codes, source files, images would be handed over to YOU upon project completion and would remain under their patent.
